Refund & Returns Policy

1. EV Charging Services

Payments made for EV charging sessions are generally non-refundable once a charging session has started.

• If a charging session fails due to a technical fault on our side, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charging session.
• We may require session details such as date, time, charger ID, and transaction reference.

2. EV Charging Hardware & Accessories

If you purchase EV charging equipment or accessories directly from us:

• You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or damaged items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

3. Installation Services

• Installation bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled date for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
• Once installation work has commenced, refunds are not available.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided for:

• User error, misuse, or incompatible vehicles.
• Third-party roaming or eMobility Service Provider (eMSP) charges.
• Delays or interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
